For me, the pandemic provided the luxury of time. Painting came easier; there were no interruptions; reconnecting with former, fellow artists came seamlessly.  It signaled a creative explosion, and provided a therapy and an escape from negativity.

The isolation cleared my vision, and I could feel in myself, and in my paintings, greater empathy for what was going on in so many peoples’ lives.
