Variations on a Theme – Large #1 by Chris Tower

A year ago:  minimal time out and most time spent at home gave me an opportunity to take a deeper dive into the method of my art.

My paintings emerged almost as a series. I based the paintings on a daydream doodle of some boxy robots. The robots almost look like tiki glasses or as if they came from Easter Island.

I decided to see where exploring very simple shapes would take me in 2020.
